Deliveries & Returns
Once you have placed an order, we will dispatch the item and update you with your tracking information, which you will receive via email.
UK orders will arrive to your door the next day, if your order is placed before 1pm on a working day. Orders not placed within this time frame will arrive within approximately 2-3 working days.
All UK items are sent for using a 'signed for' and tracked postage method.
Worldwide shipping costs £15.
If you're unhappy with your Luna Lee Jewellery order, we'd be happy to offer a refund for any unworn and undamaged items. Please ensure the item is sent back to us within 14 days of order receipt, and contact us for your return details.
Please note, the return of the item is the responsibility of the customer, so we suggest you retain proof of postage, and use a 'signed for' postal service.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Payment is taken at the time of or shortly after you submit your order and in advance of shipping.
We are only able to offer a refund for unused items, that are in the same condition as you received them in, and with the original packaging.
Naturally earrings are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, as well as personalised items unless they are faulty. Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged, but are not considered faulty in the instance of wear and tear.
