Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are typically delivered the next working day. Orders placed after this time will arrive within approximately 2–3 working days.

All UK orders are sent via a tracked and signed-for delivery service.

International shipping is available at a flat rate of £15.

Returns

We hope you love your Luna Lee Jewellery, but if you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund on unworn and undamaged items returned within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lunaleejewellery.com for instructions before sending your item back.

Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable unless faulty. Personalised or bespoke items are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Faulty items are defined as those received damaged or with a manufacturing fault, rather than general wear and tear.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
